We work with industry, academia, and government to deliver  science-based solutions  to the world’s most pressing management challenges.

In keeping with our mission to promote a better understanding of science to have a positive impact on the way the world is managed, we are pleased to make the following books available in digital or hard-copy format:

The Definitive Management Book

This book sets forth a definitive theory of leadership and management. The argument:

  1. Current management models are incapable of producing the kind of leaders needed to respond in a universally satisfactory way to the growing complexities of the modern world.
  2. A new model of management is proposed to harness the benefits of competition and cooperation, while avoiding the pitfalls of both, by coalescing the two principles into an all-encompassing free market framework .
  3. The proposed model is built from the ground up using ideologically neutral first principles that are considered common-sense across all groups and cultures.
  4. The proposed model is designed, among other things, to remove the inordinate influence of money from politics, and it does so with surgical precision.
  5. The proposed model is shown to be objectively superior to any known alternative in social choice theory.
  6. The proposed model is founded on well-established physical and mathematical principles.
  7. The proposed model has positive implications for all persons everywhere, independent of political or ideological affiliation.

This book is recommended for anybody wishing to understand the most fundamental principles of effective management.

A Brief and Intuitive Theory of Everything

Over the past century, physicists have transformed the human quest for truth into a concrete search for a so-called theory of everything. They have not, however, been able to come up with anything that either makes sense or is testable. They also haven’t been able to connect their prospective ideas to anything of practical significance to humans. In this short book, we propose a way to unify physics – both qualitatively and quantitatively – in a clear and testable way that has direct implications for everything that matters to humans.

This fully-referenced book is written with eminent clarity using very precise math that is borne out by experiment and by the well-established canon of mainstream physics. Written for experts in a style that is mindful of a general audience, this book is recommended for anybody who is eager to make sense of the confusion that reigns at the cutting edge of theoretical physics.

Competitive Cooperation

This book argues from first principles and common sense for a definitive theory of leadership and management based on competitive cooperation. The book’s rationale is as follows:

  1. Current management models are incapable of producing the kind of leaders needed to respond in a universally satisfactory way to the growing complexity of the modern world.
  2. A new model of management is proposed to harness the benefits of competition and cooperation, while avoiding the pitfalls of both, by bringing the two principles into a single free market framework.
  3. The proposed model is built from the ground up, using ideologically neutral first principles that are considered common-sense across all groups and cultures.
  4. The proposed model is designed, among other things, to remove the inordinate influence of money from politics, and it does so with surgical precision.
  5. The proposed model has positive implications for all persons everywhere, independent of political or ideological affiliation.

This short book is recommended for anybody interested in a novel response to the problems that plaque politics, society and the planet.
